Secularism, know it right

So as not to deceive us in the concept of secularism, we must read books that criticize secularism and know what the authors of these books say about secularism and the danger of secularism in all aspects. Now we are on the right path, what next?

State: is an organization
Administration: Who runs the organization and is the policy.

In my opinion: secularism is one of the biggest movements attacking religions because it was created to attack religions and I think if we want secularism(whether a state or administration) in third world countries, we have to control the people there
